I was in Idaho from 28 February to 5 March 2006 as an invited delegate to the 35th Annual Frank Church Symposium run by the International Affairs Council, at Idaho State University. The 2006 theme was "Disease, Disaster, and Diplomacy" for which I was most interested in Disease Diplomacy.
